Delegates, as your president of this committee, I give you a cordial greeting.

It is an honor for me to introduce you to the chair that will be working with you. Your moderator, Grecia Castillo Segoviano, will be in charge of ensuring quality participations. Your conference officer, Mariana Miranda Méndez, will be the one in control of the pase of each session. 

We have very high expectations for this model, since the issues to be debated are very important and are in concern of the United Nations and many authorities in the world.

I hope this is a debate will test your skills, and develop a communicative, argumentative and leadership posture.
